Tiny Antique Emerald Diamond Maltese Cross Charm Pendant Dangler

This tiny little Edwardian pendant depicting a miniature diamond and emerald Maltese cross was hand crafted around 1910, most likely in England. It is not hallmarked and tests 9 karat gold, overlayed with silver. Set with a central natural emerald and further four rose cut diamonds in the arms of the cross, it has a lovely, smooth closed back setting. This twinkly miniature charm is beautifully made with lovely detail. The yellow gold and silver make a pretty frame for the grass-green emerald.

The cross measures 4.3 mm both top to bottom and across, while the total length of the pendant with the bale is 10.1 mm. It weighs 0.3 grams and is in very good antique condition.
