Antique Victorian 17.25 Inch 9K Rose Gold Albert Chain Necklace

This fantastic Albert watch chain is a lovely Edwardian number, made to look chunky but with less of the gold weight to it. It is of hollow construction but thick, super sturdy, dent proof, as well as easy to wear. It was made around 1900 in England in 9 carat rose gold and is hallmarked on one side of every link with 9C as well as on the dog clips. Some of the hallmarks are partly worn, but still legible. The chain itself is in very good antique condition. It is 15.25 inches long including the dog clips. The links are graduated from 5 to 7.9 mm wide. The chain weighs 23.1 grams.
