Antique Edwardian 18.25 Inch 9K Rose Gold Fine Fancy Link Albert Chain Necklace
Something a little different for an Albert chain necklace for you - a thinner, finer version and a lovely, fancy link too ! Isn't she the coolest, edgiest and prettiest?
This splendid antique necklace was hand crafted around 1910-1915 and features a lovely Edwardian design. The elegant, elongated links with their strong, geometric shape alternate with fancy round chain links. The necklace is made in 9 karat gold of lovely rosy/yellow hue. It is hallmarked on the T bar with Birmingham assay mark as well as "9 375" and maker's mark "HB&S" for Herbert Bushell & Son Ltd, of Northampton Street in Jewellery Quarter in Birmingham. The dog clips are marked with "9ct" and "9C". The chain part of the necklace has been carefully tested for metal content, and it is 9 karat gold. The flat links are 13.2 mm long and 2.2 mm wide, while the chain sections measure 15.6 mm length and are 3.3 mm wide. The necklace is 18.25 inches long and weighs a 12 grams. In great antique condition.
This stylish beauty can be worn alone or in a stack. The quality of the detail and workmanship is fabulous and she feels truly luxurious in your hand and when worn around your neck.
